Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in Delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery rates & delivery estimates

Free delivery for orders R500 and above to stipulated areas.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact Master Rib.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Deliver to

We only deliver to the specified areas. If your area is not specified please contact us to confirm a delivery.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Master Rib is not liable for any products damaged or lost during Delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Delivery carrier to file a claim.
