Master Rib began as a boutique operation in Johannesburg’s Crown Mines, founded by industry specialists with over 20 years of experience. Built around a pioneering process for the large-scale production of pre-cooked, portioned beef ribs, the business has evolved into a high-capacity supplier of premium beef products.

Our growth has been driven by strategic excellence and rapid industry recognition. Within just two years of becoming a preferred supplier to Famous Brands, Master Rib was nominated for the 2020/21 Perishables and Best BEE Company awards. This momentum is supported by the strategic leadership of business partner iCubed Capital, together with rigorous financial and systems advisory.

Quality and food safety are at the heart of everything we do. We source directly from abattoirs to deliver competitive pricing and exceptional value. Through a 14-day maturation process and our signature secret sauce, we produce tender, precision-cut ribs with consistent quality in every serving.
